Refund Policy

We want you to feel comfortable trying Macromise Pro. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get a refund.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you upgrade to Pro and decide it’s not for you, we’ll refund your full payment if you ask within 14 days of the charge — no questions asked. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions, on your first purchase.

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@macromise.app from the address on your account. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Profile → Plan → Manage plan. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

Renewals

After the first 14 days, subsequent monthly or annual renewals are non-refundable. If you forget to cancel and are charged for a renewal you didn’t want, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will usually issue a goodwill refund.

EU/EEA right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or EEA, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that overlaps with the guarantee above. By starting to use the Service immediately on upgrade you agree that we may begin performance during the withdrawal period; this does not waive your right to withdraw during the first 14 days.

Free plan

The free plan is free. There’s nothing to refund.

Account deletion

Deleting your account does not automatically refund a recent Pro purchase. If you delete your account within the 14-day window and want a refund, email us first so we can process it before the account is gone.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy. Changes apply to future purchases only — purchases made before a change keep the policy that was in effect at the time.
